RMU Business School and Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management Receive Multi-Million Dollar Grant

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette is reporting that the Richard Mellon King Foundation has bestowed a $5 million grant to Robert Morris University School of Business and the university’s Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management. The article Robert Morris receives $5 million gift by Eleanor Chute, reports that $3 million of the grant will go toward the construction of a new building on the university’s main campus in Moon, Pennsylvania while the remaining funds will be used as an endowment for the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management.

The Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University has been in operation in Pittsburgh since 1999, and provides a variety of consulting services, professional workshops, certificate programs and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management degree program.
